Amy Castle Gray is a seasoned lawyer with over twenty-five years of experience handling every type of case – from probate matters to complex commercial disputes to basic breach of agreement cases to divorce. Amy's practice focuses on estate planning, probate, will contest, real estate matters and other similar issues. She has extensive experience in transactional matters and routinely drafts wills and estate planning documents for her clients, as well as handling all types of real estate issues for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
Further, Amy has regularly litigated in federal and state courts in Texas, as well as other states. During her career, she has represented her litigation clients in a variety of cases including will contests and probate/estate cases, shareholder and partnership agreements, contracts and consumer issues, real estate transactions, copyright infringement, breach of purchase agreements, domestic relations issues, and DTPA matters.
Prior to joining Dealey, Zimmermann, Blend & Gray, Amy worked in the Dallas offices of two of the largest global law firms in their litigation practice and real estate groups.
In addition to her prolific litigation and transactional experience, Amy has completed Basic Mediation Training, Guardian Ad Litem Training and serves as an Associate Municipal Judge for the City of Dallas. Additionally, she is proficient in Spanish and French.
